Sortie du 23 aout.
Considérant la météo (cf fuckin' weather), je pensais cette journée fichue pour aller courir, mais vers 19heures le soleil fit une brève apparition! Hop! je décidais en 1/4 de seconde d'aller courir. La sortie s'est plutôt bien passée, malgré une petite douleur au pied gauche qui revient de temps a autre, et grâce à une accélération du rythme lors des dernières minutes, j'ai fait sauter mon meilleur temps sur 10kilomètres(56'20, avec une allure de 5'37 par kilomètre), ce que la douce voix de paula radcliffe ne manqua pas de me rappeler:) "Congratulations new personnal best for the 10k"
